JCI Ireland Diversity & Inclusion Committee is thrilled to invite you to this unique and special live event taking place Thursday, 12th of August at 6 pm IST.
The intergenerational team at Making Shift Happen presents this interactive session, using virtual live polls and questionnaires for a high-energy and engaging talk all about the benefits of intergenerational diversity and inclusion. Gen X? Millennial? Gen Z? We cover the
characteristics of different generations in the workplace, their strengths, and their needs. With a more specific focus on Millennials, we explore how we can make the most of everyone’s background to turn intergenerational diversity into a supportive work culture and increased
business value! Using personal and business anecdotes, we encourage the audience to share their experiences with intergenerational inclusion to explore its vast innovation potential.
